About BrainWorking Recursive therapy

BrainWorking Recursive therapy® also known as BWRT® is an advanced model of psychological therapy created by UK Professional therapist, Terence Watts, MCGI. It is a totally confidential method that does not require you to reveal your private information or personal secrets to your therapist and it is carried out in a completely conscious state. BWRT® does not use hypnosis or any concepts that might be considered mystical or unscientific. Instead, it is completely logical, practical and down to earth, and for it to be successful all you need to know is what you want to change in your life. Only Certified Practitioners have been trained to deliver BWRT® and all have to adhere to a strict ethical code of conduct. BWRT® offers a solution-focussed approach for resolving a wide variety of psychological and emotional issues. The approach works directly with the neuropathways in the brain and uses a totally new methodology to “reroute” these pathways towards each individual’s desired outcomes.

BWRT® is currently establishing itself as an extremely effective and quick method of therapy, with issues being resolved often within 1 or 2 sessions. Although BWRT® works much more effective and much faster than most other therapies currently available, it needs to be noted that more complex symptoms (existing of multiple layers or multiple issues) may still need more than 2 sessions to be fully successful.
